Before you instruct
How fast can you start?
Keyholding: often within a week once keys and assignment instructions are in. Static cover: depends on the hours and the vetting already on the bench. We will not invent a Monday start.
Do you work TUPE?
Yes. Say so only if you have done it. Put your real process here.
Can we keep our current officers?
If they pass screening and want to stay, we prefer that. Continuity is cheaper than a new briefing.
Do you provide radios and body cameras?
