What we collect

• Technical logs the host keeps to run the site.

Why

To answer you, to deliver a service or an order, and to keep records we are legally required to keep. Lawful bases: contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

How long

Enquiry records: two years after the last useful contact, unless you become a client and a longer statutory period applies. Shop orders: six years of accounting records.

Who we share with

Hosting, email and payment processors acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where they apply. You can complain to the ICO.
